If I could actually speak to someone, I might end up taking graphics for my forks / shock too. Just wondering if anyone has heard from Slik by email / whatsapp in the last few weeks? Have they closed for summer, or are they so busy they're just ignoring everything? I can order these direct from the website, but they don't advertise Specialized graphics. You emailed us on Sunday 26th February for an update. The standard shipping time from Sweden to USA with untracked shipping is 2-4 weeks, which is clearly stated on our shipping info page. You opted for the untracked shipping option so there is no tracking number, although we do have proof of shipping. You placed your order on 12th February and we shipped your decals on 15th February. We do subsidise the express shipping service to reduce the cost for our customers. I realise that the Express service is expensive relative to the price of the product, but we are on opposite sides of the planet and it is a fast and reliable service. You chose to use the untracked shipping option, despite the time sensitive nature of the delivery (I understand the decals were intended as a gift). Currently there is no standard tracked option, so we only offer untracked or DHL Express options on the website. At the moment, due to the pandemic, shipping times can vary between 4-6 weeks. On receiving your second email yesterday it has become apparent that there was a typo in the email address you used to contact us the first time (the mailto: prefix was included in the email address). We are certainly still trading and this is very much an isolated incident. We shipped thousands of orders in July and continue to print and ship orders daily.
